Deepika Padukone launched the trailer of her upcoming film 'Chhapaak' today in Mumbai.During launch she couldn’t seem to hold back her tears as she felt overwhelmed with all the visuals playing out on the big screen.

Calling it the ‘most special film’ of her career, Deepika said, "It's very rare that you come across a story where you have to sit through an entire narration. Usually, you have to sit the entire process and then think about whether you want to do a film or not. It's not often when you come across a story where you know instantly in the first few minutes after meeting a director that this is what you want to commit your life too and 'Chhapaak' was that for me."

Bollywood celebrities including Aamir Khan and Alia Bhatt took to social media to react to Deepika Padukone's film Chhapaak trailer.

Alia in her Instagram story wrote that the trailer of Chhapaak is "very very moving". She also called Deepika and Meghna "special" in the post. Deepika took notice of Alia's story and shared it on her account. Deepika replied to Alia's post saying, "Thank you so much Aaloo B".
Aamir, who is currently busy shooting for Laal Singh Chaddha in Chandigarh, took to Twitter to react to the trailer. Apart from appreciating it, he called Meghna Gulzar's directorial venture Chhapaak, "an important movie" and also congratulated the entire team of the film.
